The beginnings: a foundation dedicated to performance
In 1986 , Champion Marine SAM was born from the meeting between Jacky Ickx , motor racing legend, and Tullio Abbate , Italian boat builder and renowned nautical pilot.
Together, they laid the foundations of a Monegasque company dedicated to the distribution of Tullio Abbate boats for Monaco and the Côte d'Azur.
The headquarters are located at 9 avenue JF Kennedy, in Monaco .
A family business focused on excellence
In 1995 , Cristina Abbate , Tullio's daughter, and her husband Alberto Sacchi took over Champion Marine.

A passion transmitted to competition
In 2022 , Giacomo Sacchi , grandson of Tullio Abbate, joined the Champion Marine team.
Driven by the same passion as his grandfather, he brilliantly entered high-level nautical competition , as a driver in the F2 World Championship , recognized by the UIM (Union Internationale Motonautique).
